教师的自尊心表现为希望得到领导的尊重,尊重他们的劳动,进而能和他们一起研究教育、教学中的问题,及时发现和肯定他们的成绩和经验。例如,领导每次听课后,大部分教师都会主动找到领导听取反馈意见,其目的一是要领导批评指正,二是希望了解自己的课在领导心目中的位置。
Teachers’ self-esteem shows their hope of being respected by their leaders, respecting their work, and working with them to study problems in education and teaching so as to promptly discover and affirm their achievements and experiences. For example, after each lecture by a leader, most of the teachers take the initiative to find leaders to listen to their feedbacks. The purpose of the leader is to lead the criticism and correction. The second is to understand the position of his class in the leader’s mind.
