１病历简介 患者，女，２８岁，既往身体健康。３年前无明显诱因出现头部疼痛，无恶心、呕吐、头晕、耳鸣及发热，未引起重视。此后，出现间断性头痛，持续１～２小时，偶与劳累有关。外院ＣＴ示：右侧脑室占位性病变，故来本院治疗。查体：意识清楚，一般情况良好．营养中等，
