采用半连续乳液聚合法合成了醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸三元共聚乳液。通过正交试验对乳液制备条件进行优化,且在最佳条件下系统地研究了共聚物胶膜的力学性能、吸水性能。用FT-IR、DSC、DMA对胶膜的结构和热性能进行了分析。正交分析表明,最佳合成条件为单体配比mVAc∶mBA=3∶1,功能单体丙烯酸(AA)用量0.75%,保护胶体聚乙烯醇(PVA)用量2%,SDS∶OP-10=1∶3,乳化剂用量3%。干燥温度约为110℃时,胶膜的综合性能最好。
The vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate-acrylic terpolymer emulsion was synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the preparation conditions of the emulsion. The mechanical properties and water absorption properties of the copolymer films were systematically studied under the optimum conditions. The structure and thermal properties of the films were analyzed by FT-IR, DSC and DMA. Orthogonal analysis showed that the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: monomer ratio mVAc:mBA = 3:1, functional acrylic acid (AA) 0.75%, protective colloid PVA 2%, SDS:OP-10 = 1: 3, the amount of emulsifier 3%. When the drying temperature is about 110 ℃, the overall performance of the film is the best.
