供水管网的泄漏会造成经济损失及环境危害,及时对管道检测并准确对阀门进行合理调节是减少漏损率的关键。介绍基于AT89C52单片机为核心的供水管网检测及阀门智能控制系统的软、硬件设计方法和PLC为核心的控制系统。该系统的建立,能够实现对城市供水管网数据的采集及阀门开关的自动控制,使管理员在最短的时间内了解现场情况并做出相应对策,不仅提高了供水企业的管理服务水平,而且降低了供水成本。
The leakage of the water supply network will cause economic losses and environmental hazards. The timely detection of the pipeline and the proper adjustment of the valve is the key to reducing the leakage rate. This paper introduces the software and hardware design method of water supply pipe network detection and valve intelligent control system based on AT89C52 MCU and the control system with PLC as the core.
