Objective: To analyze the characteristics, influential factors and clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of cancer patients. Methods: T-cell subsets in peripheral blood of 114 patients with tumor (including 30 lung cancer, 43 esophageal cancer and 41 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma) were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results: The levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in peripheral blood of patients were significantly lower than those of normal group (P <0.01), but there was no significant increase of CD8 +. The gender, age, clinical stage and disease types There was no significant difference in T lymphocyte subsets in patients with peripheral blood (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There are cellular immune dysfunction in tumor patients. Detecting the expression of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients has positive clinical significance in assessing cellular immune function and disease diagnosis.
