静态热稳定性实验在PVC透明硬制品用钙锌热稳定剂筛选中的应用

采用静态热稳定性试验的方法,分别对聚氯乙烯(PVC)透明硬制品的环保增塑剂配方体系下的不同钙锌热稳定剂品种进行试验分析,并与有机锡类稳定剂进行对比研究,发现其中194#钙锌热稳定剂综合性能最佳,稳定时间与有机锡类热稳定剂相当,片状热稳定失重性能优于有机锡类热稳定剂,粉状热稳定失重性能与有机锡类热稳定剂接近,所加工样品的透明度较好,变色情况较轻,基本满足PVC透明硬制品的要求。 By means of static thermal stability test, the different Ca-Zn heat stabilizer varieties under the environmental plasticizer formulation system of PVC transparent hard products were tested and compared with the organic tin stabilizers It was found that 194 # calcium-zinc heat stabilizer has the best comprehensive performance, the stabilization time is comparable to that of organic tin type heat stabilizer, the thermal stability of sheet is better than that of organic tin type heat stabilizer, Heat stabilizers close to the processing of samples of good transparency, less discoloration, basically meet the requirements of PVC transparent hard products.
