Objective To explore the influence and significance of submarine long-haul environment on the metabolism of iron, copper, zinc and magnesium in the crew. Methods The crew members were divided into sailing crew and non-outgoing crew. The contents of serum iron, copper, zinc and magnesium in the crew were detected by the J / 38S plasma spectrometer in France. The correlation analysis of these four elements was carried out independently. Results After sailing for 20 days, the serum iron level was (33.5 1 ± 2.04) μmol / L in sailing group, compared with 2. 4.17 ± 2.61 μmol / L before sailing and 25.12 ± 1.46) μmol / L, respectively (all P <0.05); serum copper was (14.5 8 ± 2.60) μmol / L and was significantly lower than that before flight (13.90 ± 2.23) (9.84 ± 2.84) μmol / L, and pre-flight (17.43 ± 3.75) μmol / L compared with that of non-trip group (13.11 ± 3.04) μmol / (0 .817 ± 0.099) m mol / L, compared with the pre-flight group (P <0.01) 1.15 1 ± 0.222) mm ol / L and no-sailing group (1.15 4 ± 0.091) mm ol / L, all P <0. 05. In addition, the correlation analysis of the changes of four elements in the seagoing crew showed that iron-copper was positively correlated (r = 0.6077, P <0.05); iron-zinc, copper-zinc, copper --magnesium was negatively correlated (r = - 0.3986, - 0.8094, r = - 0.4884, P values were <0.05, <0.01, <0.05) Magnesium, zinc - magnesium was not significant (r = - 0.1899- 0.1739, P> 0.05) Conclusion The findings of this survey
