本试验在人工培养箱中采用质量分数为0.4%的Na Cl模拟盐胁迫,通过计算相对发芽率的耐盐指数,对196份陆地棉种质材料进行了抗盐鉴定和评价。结果表明:不同材料的耐盐水平存在显著差异,7.65%的材料表现高耐盐,16.84%的材料表现耐盐;不同来源材料间的耐盐性差异较大,国内材料要好于国外材料,其中以新疆、山东的耐盐材料所占比例较高。通过试验初步筛选出15份高耐盐材料,可为以后陆地棉耐盐育种和耐盐机理研究的材料选用提供参考。
In this experiment, 0.4 NaCl was used to simulate salt stress in artificial incubator, and 196 salt-resistant germplasm resources of G. hirsutum were identified and evaluated by calculating the salt tolerance index of relative germination rate. The results showed that there were significant differences in the salt tolerance of different materials, with 7.65% of the materials exhibiting high salt tolerance and 16.84% of the materials exhibiting salt tolerance. Salt tolerance varied greatly between different materials, and domestic materials were better than foreign materials, Xinjiang, Shandong, a higher proportion of salt-tolerant materials. Fifteen high salt tolerant materials were initially screened through the experiment, which could provide references for future selection of materials for salt-tolerant breeding and salt tolerance mechanism of upland cotton.
