本文由上海交通大学与上海仪表铸锻厂协作,选择了仪表中的典型另件一防爆压力表壳体,采用液态模锻新工艺进行了产品的试制及各项试验工作。压力表壳体所用材料为 ZL102铝硅合金,要求在防爆面上不允许有气孔、针孔、缩孔和渣眼等缺陷。旧工艺为金属型铸造,由于铸造缺陷,另件性能低,且金属消耗量大。现采用液态模锻新工艺,液态金属是在较高压力作用下凝固结晶,形成的晶粒不断地受到压碎细化,从而改变了柱状晶为细小的等轴晶,随后在冷却收缩中继续受到压缩,只要保持足够的压力,就能把凝固收缩时所引起的气孔、缩孔、疏松等缺陷压实。因此液态模锻不仅可以消除铸造缺陷而且由于晶粒的细化,相应地提高另件的机械性能。本文详细叙述了压力表壳体液态模锻的各种不同工艺参数试验,以及另件性能试验(硬度、拉伸、宏观检验、金相检验、耐压)。通过以上各种试验表明:1.和金属型铸造相比,液态模锻σb 提高55%,HB 提高30%,耐压试验更是大大超过防爆试验所规定的耐压范围。2.和金属型铸造相比,液态模锻有较显著的技术经济效果。如下表两种不同工艺经济效果对比表(?)综上所述:液态模锻工艺能提高另件的机械性能、尺寸精度和表面光洁度,减少金属消耗量。因此它是一种大有前途的少无切削新工艺,在制造仪表另件等工业中得到推广和应用。
In this paper, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Shanghai Instrument Casting and Forging Factory collaborated to choose a typical instrument of an explosion-proof pressure gauge housing, the use of liquid forging new technology for product trial and the pilot work. Pressure gauge shell material used for the ZL102 Al-Si alloy, requires no explosion-proof surface pores, pinholes, shrinkage holes and slag eyes and other defects. This paper describes in detail the liquid pressure for the case of various forging process parameters of the test, as well as the other performance test (hardness, tensile, macro inspection, metallographic examination, pressure). Through the above experiments show that: 1. Compared with the metal casting, liquid die forging σb increased 55%, HB increased by 30%, the pressure test is much more than the proof pressure test range. Therefore, it is a promising new non-cutting technology, which is widely used in the manufacture of instrumentation and other industries.
