大学上市公司由高校及其资产经营公司参股或控股,是游离在大学和社会之间的特殊企业组织。文章全面介绍了大学上市公司的基本特征,分析了它们的经营创新绩效和目前校企关联程度,发现大学上市公司的主营业务与关联大学的优势学科基本符合,高管团队与学校有着密切的背景联系,但公司对学校的经济利益贡献很小,经营和创新绩效并不高于普通科技类上市公司的平均水平。在此基础上,本文着重将它与传统校办企业、经典大学衍生企业和普通上市企业相比较,发现深入分析大学上市公司能为上市公司治理、大学衍生企业绩效、高校知识产业化等理论议题提出新的研究机会。
The university listed company is owned or controlled by the university and its assets management company and is a special enterprise organization that is free between the university and the society.
