用TJ-HL-5000CO2激光器对4种不同Co基材料进行激光熔覆研究,时熔覆层抗裂性进行了对比,分析了合金元素对熔覆层抗裂性的影响,指出WFLC-08及WFLC-11两种材料具有较高的抗裂性和耐磨性,是能满足激光熔覆工艺要求的Co基合金粉末材料。
The effects of alloying elements on the crack resistance of the coatings were analyzed by laser cladding experiments on four different Co-based materials with a TJ-HL-5000CO2 laser. The effects of WFLC-08 and WFLC-11 two materials with high crack resistance and wear resistance, is to meet the laser cladding process requirements Co-based alloy powder material.
