南京农业大学与江苏省农科院、江苏省农林厅于1983年联合承担江苏省科委下达的“根瘤菌应用技术承包和提高共生固氮效益的研究”任务。两年多来,通过示范推广豆科作物接种根瘤菌技术,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。 在江苏省东海、新沂、赣榆、泰兴等十多个县,一百多个定点小区对比试验表明,花生接种根瘤菌的比未接菌的平均增产率分别为11.4%和16.8%,每亩增收花生果均在四、五十斤以上。其中泰兴县1983年花生接种根瘤菌八千七百亩,每亩平均增产51.1斤(增产率
