为了解原发性食管癌组织中GSTπ基因的表达情况,用RTPCR方法定量检测了食管癌组织及相对应的正常食管粘膜组织中GSTπ基因的表达。结果:在癌组织中GSTπ基因表达的阳性率为80.0%,在癌旁正常粘膜组织中为86.6%。但在癌组织中GSTπ基因表达的强度大于正常粘膜组织。食管癌组织分化越差,GSTπ基因阳性表达率越低,P<0.05。结果提示:在原发性食管组织中GSTπ基因存在较高频率的阳性表达,在食管癌的发生发展中可能起着重要作用。
To understand the expression of GSTπ gene in primary esophageal cancer tissue, the expression of GSTπ gene in esophageal cancer tissue and corresponding normal esophageal mucosal tissue was quantitatively detected by RTPCR. RESULTS: The positive rate of GST-π gene expression was 80.0% in cancer tissues and 86.6% in adjacent normal mucosa tissues. However, the intensity of GST-π gene expression in cancer tissues is greater than that of normal mucosal tissues. The worse the differentiation of esophageal cancer tissue, the lower the positive expression rate of GST-π gene, P<0.05. The results suggest that there is a high frequency of positive expression of GST-π gene in primary esophageal tissue and may play an important role in the development of esophageal cancer.
