基于问卷调查数据,对城镇社会救助再就业人群与城镇职工的工资差距进行研究。采用OLS的结果表明,一方面,工资差距来自于个体特征尤其是个人人力资本因素,社会救助再就业人群比城镇职工具有更低的人力资本;另一方面,工资差距来自于个人人力资本因素的回报系数差异,即特征价格差异或歧视。利用Oaxaca分解、JMP 1993分解和DFL分解三种方法的结果显示,个体特征不能解释的部分占总差距的40%~60%;同时,在高分位数和低分位数工资层面,歧视和不可观测个性特征对工资的影响程度更大。
Based on the survey data, the wage gap between urban social assistance and re-employment groups and urban workers is studied.
