利用自研制的胎盘免疫调节因子（ＰＩＦ）治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤６２例。观察ＰＩＦ对病人Ｔ细胞亚群和ＮＫ细胞活性的影响。结果显示，经ＰＩＦ治疗后治疗组病人的外周血ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值及ＮＫ细胞活性均明显增高，ＣＤ８降低。揭示ＰＩＦ能提高头颈部恶性肿瘤病人的细胞免疫功能。 The use of self-developed placenta immunomodulatory factor (PIF) in the treatment of 62 cases of head and neck malignancy. The results showed that the ratios of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 and NK cell activity in the peripheral blood of patients in the treatment group after treatment with PIF were significantly higher, and CD8 was decreased. It was revealed that PIF can improve the cellular immune function of patients with head and neck cancer.
