上述试验结果表明,黑暗处理的叶片衰老速度远较光下为快;35℃高温处理的远较10℃低温为快。Ni~(++),Co~(++),Ag~+对水稻离体叶片的衰老,均有明显延缓作用,Ni~(++),Co~(++)有效浓度为10~(-3)M左右,Ag~(++)有效浓度为10~(-10)M左右,三种不同离子对延缓叶片叶绿素分解能力为Ni~(++)>Co~(++)>Ag~+。
The above test results show that the leaf senescence rate of dark treatment is much faster than that under light; the temperature of 35 ℃ is far faster than the low temperature of 10 ℃. The effects of Ni ~ (++), Co ~ (++) and Ag ~ + on the leaf senescence of rice were obviously retarded. The effective concentration of Ni ~ (++) and Co ~ (++) -3) M, the effective concentration of Ag ~ (++) was about 10 ~ (-10) M. The three kinds of ions could delay the leaf chlorophyll decomposition of Ni ~ (++)> Co ~ (++)> Ag ~ +.
