负载动态模拟是传动系统试验台的关键技术。本文分析了试验台的负载需求,从理论上推导了基于转矩控制和转速控制的算法,分析了各种算法的优缺点和实现难度,并从系统动态模拟的角度比较了模型参数对算法准确性的影响。仿真结果表明,带有补偿器的转速控制算法能较好的实现负载动态模拟,对建模误差也有一定适应性。
Load dynamic simulation is the key technology of the drive system test bench. This paper analyzes the load demand of the test bed, deduces the algorithm based on torque control and speed control theoretically, analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and difficulties of the various algorithms, and compares the accuracy of the model parameters to the algorithm from the perspective of system dynamics simulation Sexual effects. The simulation results show that the speed control algorithm with compensator can achieve load dynamic simulation well, and also has some adaptability to modeling error.
