由天津外国语学院英语系师生自导、自演的英语话剧《望江亭》最近在天津高等院校、涉外宾馆演出了十余场,引起很大反响。英语话剧《望江亭》剧本系我国著名文学翻译家杨宪益根据元代著名剧作家关汉卿原戏曲本所译,天津外院英语系教师佟力导演,演员全部为英语系学生。主创人员又在原著和译本的基础上进行了加工、整理,使戏显得紧凑,矛盾冲突更明显。演出时间约为一百分钟。 Taught by the teachers and students of the Department of English of Tianjin Foreign Studies University, Wang Jiangting, who played the leading role in the English drama, recently performed more than ten games in Tianjin universities and foreign guesthouses, arousing great repercussions.
