采用XRD、SEM和TEM等方法研究了取向硅钢陶瓷涂层的结构特征,采用磁性测量仪分析了此结构对铁芯损耗的影响.结果表明:取向硅钢绝缘涂层包括硅酸镁底层和磷酸盐涂层两部分,硅酸镁底层与钢板基体之间主要是嵌入式机械结合,未见底层原子或原子团扩散,因此为了获得底层对基体良好的附着性,底层应形成细小而排列紧密的硅酸盐晶粒,并嵌入钢板基体的表层,但是也会对取向硅钢的铁芯损耗产生不利影响.
The structural characteristics of the oriented silicon steel ceramic coatings were investigated by XRD, SEM and TEM, and the influence of the structure on the core loss was analyzed by using a magnetic measuring instrument.The results show that the oriented silicon steel insulating coatings include magnesium silicate bottom layer and phosphate The two parts of the coating, magnesium silicate bottom and the steel substrate is mainly embedded mechanical combination, no bottom atoms or atomic groups diffusion, so in order to obtain a good adhesion of the bottom of the substrate, the bottom should form a small and closely packed silicic acid Salt grains and embedded in the surface of the steel substrate, but also adversely affect the core loss of the oriented silicon steel.
