多体列车车轴淬火温度场模拟和残余应力研究

建立了35CrMo车轴淬火工艺的温度场模拟有限元模型,分析了其在盐水淬火、PAG溶液淬火、油淬、空冷方式下的表层和内部温度场分布规律;然后采用X射线衍射法对35CrMo车轴表层和内部进行了残余应力测试。测试结果表明:仿真数据和实测数据吻合较好,且表面残余应力结果符合欧洲标准,验证了仿真模型的正确性。 The finite element model of the temperature field of the 35CrMo axle quenching process was established. The distribution law of surface temperature and internal temperature field in the quenching of brine, PAG quenching, oil quenching and air cooling was analyzed. Then the surface of 35CrMo axle was analyzed by X-ray diffraction Residual stress tests were carried out internally. The test results show that the simulation data agree well with the measured data, and the surface residual stress results accord with European standards, which verifies the correctness of the simulation model.
