我们经过数次的实验,摸索出加工生晒参的最佳温度,其成品的一级品率达到90%以上,出参率从鲜参3.74kg降至3.47kg出1kg生晒参。鲜参的处理方法鲜参系东宁县石门子林业参场提供,采用的是六年生浆足,无疤痕,无水锈,须芦齐全的三等鲜参,平均每支重315g共计十市斤,分为AB两组每组各五市斤。先将各组原药材刷净泥土,然后置室外晾24小时至皮软,待入烘干室干燥。
