随着香港回归祖国，内地与香港的区际司法协助问题成了迫切需要解决的课题。本文试图通过研究世界各国区际司法协助的模式以及我国内地与香港区际司法协助的现状和特点来探讨解决我国内地与香港区际司法协助问题的方法和途径。
With the return of Hong Kong to the motherland, the issue of interregional judicial assistance between the Mainland and Hong Kong has become an urgent issue to be solved. This article attempts to explore ways and means of resolving the inter-regional judicial assistance issues in the interior of China and Hong Kong by studying the models of interregional mutual legal assistance in different countries and the status quo and characteristics of inter-regional judicial assistance inland and Hong Kong.
