为指导卧螺离心机螺旋输送器关键参数的确定与结构的优化,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了螺旋输送器的参数化三维有限元模型,进行结构强度分析和转子模态分析,发现螺旋输送器为刚性转子,应力最大值出现在圆柱段叶片根部,径向最大位移出现在圆柱段螺旋叶片外缘。进一步分析了叶片厚度和半锥角等参数对转子结构强度和固有特性的影响,参数化分析结果表明,随螺旋叶片壁厚的减薄,应力强度和径向位移量均呈增大趋势,增大半锥角会造成总体应力强度值的提高。
In order to guide the determination of the key parameters and the optimization of the structure of the screw conveyor of the decanters, the parametric three-dimensional finite element model of the screw conveyor was established by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The structural strength analysis and rotor mode analysis were conducted. The rigid rotor, the maximum stress appears in the root of the cylindrical section, the maximum radial displacement appears in the cylindrical section of the outer edge of the spiral blade. The influence of parameters such as blade thickness and half cone angle on the strength and inherent characteristics of the rotor was further analyzed. The results of parametric analysis showed that the stress intensity and the radial displacement increased with the decrease of the thickness of the helical blade. Half the cone angle will result in an increase in the overall stress intensity value.
