在室内条件下,采用浸虫法测定了10种杀虫剂对柑橘木虱的毒力,结果表明,高效氯氟氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯对柑橘木虱成虫具有较高的毒力,其24h的LC50值分别为2.116、3.030mg·L-1,而吡蚜酮、螺虫乙酯和吡虫啉毒力较差,尤其以吡蚜酮的毒力最差,其24h的LC50值为2 025.489mg·L-1;采用灌根施药法测定了4种内吸性杀虫剂对柑橘木虱成虫的防效,4种供试验药剂各处理对柑橘木虱成虫的短期效果较差,但10%烯啶虫胺2 000倍液、70%吡虫啉14 000倍液及7 000倍液处理灌根施药后14~28d对柑橘木虱成虫的防效均保持在87%以上,至药后28d防效高达97%以上,持效期长。
