运用调查统计的方法对第八届全国运动会女子举重比赛出现的情况进行了分析。重点探讨、分析了教练员对比赛战术的运用，运动员试举失败的教训，成功的经验以及运动员抓举与挺举之间的比例问题。旨在促进我国女子举重运动水平不断提高。
The investigation and statistics were used to analyze the situation of the women’s weightlifting competition in the Eighth National Games. The paper mainly discussed and analyzed the coaches’ application of competition tactics, the unsuccessful lessons of athletes, the successful experience and the ratio between athlete snatch and clean-up. Aimed at promoting the level of Chinese women’s weightlifting continues to improve.
