分析了快速城市化地区中等城市的交通流时空分布特性,基于2008年东莞市区综合交通规划交通流量调查数据,研究了交通量车种构成、时间分布特性、空间分布特性及现状路网特征,采用TransCAD交通规划软件对路网交通负荷度进行了综合评价,分析了东莞市区现状交通问题,提出了具有针对性的交通发展策略。分析结果表明:该类城市小汽车出行比例高,公共交通发展滞后;交通基础设施严重不足;出入口客货混行及过境交通现象严重;路网结构不完善,道路功能不明确。提出了完善道路网络系统,优化城市交通结构,构建高效公共交通体系,规范交通管理,土地利用与交通协调发展等政策措施。
Based on the survey data of traffic volume of integrated urban traffic planning in Dongguan in 2008, the characteristics of traffic volume, time distribution, spatial distribution characteristics and the status quo of road network are studied. TransCAD traffic planning software was used to evaluate the road network traffic load degree comprehensively. The traffic problems in the urban area of Dongguan were analyzed and a targeted traffic development strategy was proposed. The results of the analysis show that: the proportion of cars traveling in such cities is high, the development of public transport lags behind; the transportation infrastructure is seriously inadequate; and the phenomena of mixed passenger and cargo traffic at the entrances and exits and transit transit are serious; the road network structure is not perfect and the functions of roads are not clear. Proposed to improve the road network system, optimize the urban traffic structure, build efficient public transport system, standardize traffic management, land use and traffic coordination development and other policy measures.
