目的:探讨应用组织多普勒技术(PW-TDI)所测Tei指数评价糖尿病患者的右室功能。方法:测量糖尿病患者34例和33例健康对照组的常规超声指标,同时记录三尖瓣环的PW-TDI频谱图,测量相关时间间期,并计算出Tei指数。结果:①糖尿病组的Tei指数明显增大,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②单元线性分析表明:正常对照组中,Tei指数与年龄心率均无相关性(P>0.05),糖尿病患者中Tei指数与年龄呈正相关(P<0.05),而与心率无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:用TDI技术获得的右室Tei指数是反映糖尿病患者右室功能改变的较简便、敏感、无创及准确的指标,为糖尿病患者右室损害的早期诊治及预后提供依据。
Objective: To evaluate the right ventricular function of diabetics using Tei index measured by PW-TDI. Methods: The routine ultrasound indexes of 34 patients with diabetes mellitus and 33 healthy controls were measured. The PW-TDI spectrum of tricuspid annulus was recorded and the related time interval was measured. The Tei index was calculated. Results: (1) The Tei index of diabetic group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.01). (2) The linear analysis of unit showed no significant correlation between Tei index and age and heart rate in normal control group (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between Tei index and age in diabetic patients (P <0.05), but no correlation with heart rate (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The Tei index of right ventricle obtained by TDI technique is a simple, sensitive, noninvasive and accurate index reflecting the change of right ventricular function in diabetic patients. It provides the basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of right ventricular injury in diabetic patients.
