绩效评估是现代企业人力资源管理中一项重中之重的内容,由于受到传统观念、管理体制不完善、现代企业的绩效评估指标体系的设置过于简单、绩效的动态性以及企业外部因素等方面的影响,我国现代企业人力资源绩效评估过程中不断出现各类问题。因此,在新经济时代发展的背景下,企业应不断完善人力资源绩效评估体系,提高企业职工队伍的整体素质,只有这样才能提升企业的市场竞争力。本文在阐述绩效评估内涵的基础上,分析现阶段我国企业人力资源绩效评估工作中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以期为企业带来更多高素质的管理人才。
Performance evaluation is one of the most important contents in the modern enterprise human resources management. Due to the traditional concept and imperfect management system, the modern enterprise’s performance evaluation index system is too simple to set up, the dynamic performance and the external factors of the enterprise , All kinds of problems continue to appear in the performance evaluation of human resources in modern Chinese enterprises. Therefore, in the context of the development of the new economy, enterprises should continuously improve the performance evaluation system of human resources and improve the overall quality of the workforce of enterprises. Only in this way can the competitiveness of enterprises be enhanced. On the basis of expounding the connotation of performance appraisal, this article analyzes the main problems that exist in the performance appraisal work of our country ’s enterprise human resources at the present stage and puts forward corresponding solutions to bring more high quality management personnel to the enterprise.
