给出以电流传输器[CCⅡ±]平稳结构积分电路为基础的全集成MOSFET—C精确连续时间二阶带通滤波器电路,并对其消除非线性因素进行理论分析,且利用PSPICE(Ⅱ)通用模拟电路程序对其输出电压幅频特性进行计算机仿真分析,得出了实用的结论。
The fully integrated MOSFET-C accurate continuous-time second-order band-pass filter circuit based on the CCII ± smoothing integrated circuit is presented and its nonlinear factor elimination is theoretically analyzed. By using PSPICE (Ⅱ) General analog circuit program of its output voltage amplitude-frequency characteristics of computer simulation analysis, reached a practical conclusion.
