目的 :研究醒酒糖保护肝脏的作用机制。方法 :通过饲料中添加醒酒糖 ,对乙醇灌胃大鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)、谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、醇脱氢酶 (ADH)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活性 ,以及肝 /体重百分比和血醇浓度的变化作了观察。结果 :醒酒糖可明显减少酒后肝脏上述四种酶含量及肝 /体重量百分比的降低 ,并使血醇浓度显著下降。结论 :醒酒糖具有一定促进乙醇在体内代谢并保护肝脏的作用。
Objective : To study the mechanism of action of sobering sugar to protect the liver. METHODS: Glucose-peroxidase (GSH-Px), glutathione (GSH), alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), and glutathione-sulphur were administered to rats by intragastric administration of sober sugar. GST activity, as well as changes in liver/body weight and blood alcohol concentrations were observed. RESULTS: Excessive sugar significantly reduced the above four enzyme contents and the liver/body weight percentage of liver after drinking, and significantly decreased blood alcohol concentration. Conclusion: The sobering sugar has a certain role in promoting the metabolism of ethanol in the body and protecting the liver.
