目的研究原发性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的CT特征、诊断及三维重建成像对肝癌治疗的临床应用价值。方法对48例肝癌患者先行16排螺旋CT平扫,再分别行动脉期、静脉期及平衡期扫描,同时做CT三维重建成像。结果 48例肝癌患者共发现50个病灶,CT平扫检出率为76%;分期增强扫描检出率分别为:动脉期90%,静脉期86%,平衡期92%,二者差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 16排螺旋CT三维重建成像、多期扫描可获得肿瘤在各期增强征象,提高肝癌的检出率,对肝癌的诊断有十分重要的参考价值,同时对肝癌的外科治疗有重要的指导意义。
Objective To study the clinical value of CT features, diagnosis and three-dimensional reconstruction of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Forty-eight patients with hepatocellular carcinoma underwent 16-slice spiral CT scan, and then were performed arterial phase, venous phase, and balance phase respectively. At the same time, CT three-dimensional reconstruction was performed. Results A total of 50 lesions were found in 48 patients with liver cancer. The detection rate of CT scan was 76%. The detection rates of staging scan were 90% in arterial phase, 86% in venous phase and 92% in equilibrium period Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and multi-phase scan can enhance the signs of tumors at various stages and improve the detection rate of liver cancer, which is of great value in the diagnosis of liver cancer. At the same time, it has important guiding significance for the surgical treatment of liver cancer .
