针对目前我国公路养护工程设计取费只与养护工程费有关而不考虑各类养护工程的技术复杂程度的问题,借用了《工程勘察设计收费标准》中的设计取费思路,全面分析了养护工程中影响设计工作量大小的主要因素,并运用层次分析法确定了影响各类公路养护工程设计取费的工程复杂程度调整系数,从而为更合理地确定养护设计取费标准提供了理论参考。
