作者为了解苦参是否通过诱生干扰素而参与抗病毒作用,用微量细胞病变抑制法对苦参总碱在体外诱生小鼠脾细胞产生干扰素的作用进行了研究。结果表明苦参浓度在50~200μg/ml 能明显诱导脾细胞产生干扰素,且能明显对抗氢化考的松的抑制作用而促进干扰素产生增加,其作用与药物浓度(50~200μg/ml呈正相关。所以苦参可能通过诱导干扰素产生而发挥其抗病毒作用。
In order to understand whether Sophora flavescens is involved in antiviral activity by eliciting interferon, the role of total alkaloids of Sophora flavescens in inducing interferon production by mouse spleen cells in vitro was studied using a minimal cytopathic effect method. The results showed that the concentration of Sophora flavescens could induce splenocytes to produce interferon at the concentration of 50-200μg/ml, and it could obviously resist the inhibitory effect of hydrocortisone and increase the production of interferon. The effect and drug concentration (50~200μg/ml was positive Therefore, Sophora flavescens may exert its antiviral effect by inducing interferon production.
