在数学教学过程中,教师和学生都不断输出信息、吸收信息,其间不停地进行反馈。本文阐述说明了教师获得教学反馈信息的几种方式,作为有经验的教师应从反馈的教学信息中了解学生的学习情况,调整教学程序;学生从反馈信息中了解自己的知识和能力的发展。如果教师能在这个过程中及时抓住有利时机,迅速有效地处理来自学生方面的反馈信息,实施最切合实际的教学方案,就会取得最佳的教学效果,从而促进学生能力提高。
In the process of math teaching, both teachers and students continuously output information and absorb information, constantly feedbacking. This article illustrates several ways in which teachers can obtain feedback from teaching. As an experienced teacher, they should know the learning situation of students and adjust their teaching procedures from the feedback of teaching information. Students should understand their own knowledge and ability development from the feedback information. If teachers can seize the favorable opportunity timely and promptly and effectively process the feedback information from students and implement the most realistic teaching plan in this process, they will obtain the best teaching effect so as to promote the improvement of students’ abilities.
