为了解决多弹种大规模协同规划中的数据重复建设、资源浪费、信息孤岛等数据管理问题,提出了导弹任务规划通用数据支撑平台的概念,并对其建设目标、总体框架、功能模块等问题进行了初步设计。该数据支撑平台基于GIS技术,采用SOA的理念和方法,将战场信息和空间信息数据统一管理,对外提供统一的空间数据获取、浏览、分析、可视化等数据服务,可实现一种平台,多型使用,为多弹种一体化任务规划系统建设提供有力支撑。同时,具有一定通用性的平台框架对于提高任务规划数据的规范和共享、提升规划工作的质量和效率有着重要的借鉴意义。
