目的:了解型糖尿病患者抑郁情况并探讨糖尿病教育及心理干预等对抑郁症状的影响。方法:应用SDS抑郁自评量表及HAMD抑郁量表对60例型糖尿病患者进行测评,同时与30例正常人群对照。60例型糖尿病患者经三个月糖尿病教育及心理干预后再行测评。结果:糖尿病组SDS与HRSD量表测评,抑郁情况明显高于正常人群组。经糖经病教育、心理干预等后,抑郁症状可明显改善且糖代谢控制更好。结论:糖尿病患者常伴有抑郁症状,糖尿病教育及心理干预等可改善糖代谢及抑郁症状。
Objective: To understand the depression in patients with type 2 diabetes and explore the impact of diabetes education and psychological intervention on depressive symptoms. Methods: SDS Depression Scale and HAMD Depression Scale were used to evaluate 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and compared with 30 normal people. 60 patients with type 2 diabetes after three months of diabetes education and psychological intervention before re-evaluation. Results: The SDS and HRSD scores of diabetes mellitus group were significantly lower than those of normal people. After the sugar by disease education, psychological intervention, depression symptoms can be significantly improved and glucose metabolism better control. Conclusion: Diabetic patients are often accompanied by depressive symptoms, diabetes education and psychological intervention can improve glucose metabolism and depression symptoms.
