缰核是连接前脑和中脑的重要枢纽,接收来自下丘脑外侧区、外侧视前区、脚间核、内侧前额叶皮质以及终纹床核等脑区的投射,通过对下游单胺能神经元的调节参与了抑郁症病理机制。多项实验表明,多巴胺、5-羟色胺与抑郁症发病密切相关。新的研究发现,外侧缰核中β钙/钙调蛋白激酶Ⅱ的上调介导了抑郁症的核心症状,揭示了抑郁症发病的分子机制。该文通过对缰核的神经解剖学研究、动物实验研究以及临床研究作一综述。“,”Habenula is an key structure connecting the forebrain and midbrain , which receives input from brain areas such as lateral hypothalamus,lateral preoptic area,entopeduncular nucleus,medial prefrontal cortex and bed nucleus of stria terminalis,and is involved in the pathology of the depression through the regula-tion of downstream monoamine neurons.Experiments showed that dopamine and serotonin are closely related to the onset of depression.New study has found that the upregulation ofβCa/MKII in lateral habenula nucleus mediates core symptoms of depression,revealing the molecular mechanism of depression.Here is to make a review of habenula in neuroanatomy of nuclear research,animal experiment and clinical research.
