叶尖间隙是影响航空发动机性能的最重要参数之一。国内外大多采用人工塞尺和传感器电路测量航空发动机装配过程中的叶尖间隙,存在测量精度不够高、数据不易保存、操作较复杂等问题。将CCD三维重建技术、自动聚焦光学影像测量技术以及Sobel边缘检测算法应用于叶尖间隙实时测量,可减少人为测量误差。实验结果表明该法测量精度达到了0.02 mm,且提高了测量装置的自动化程度。
Tip clearance is one of the most important parameters affecting aeroengine performance. At home and abroad, artificial tip feelers and sensor circuits are mostly used to measure the tip clearance in the process of aeroengine assembly. There are some problems such as the measurement accuracy is not high enough, the data is not easy to be stored and the operation is complicated. The CCD three-dimensional reconstruction technology, autofocus optical image measurement technology and Sobel edge detection algorithm used in real-time measurement of tip clearance, can reduce the human measurement error. The experimental results show that the accuracy of this method reaches 0.02 mm, and the degree of automation of the measuring device is improved.
