目前很多单位为了适应工作需要,都按照不同的条件(地质上和技术上),制订了许多适合本部门情况的岩石分类表。由于分类表多,往往在使用上带来了一些困难和混乱。有鉴于此,个人认为适合我国地质勘探部门的有:普氏岩石分类表、统一分类表和我国地质部分类表第三种。这三种岩石分类表如能彼此进行互换,则对实际工作有重要作用。普氏强度系数“f”值发表至今约已40多年,由于矿业科学技术的突飞猛进,所以除掉以岩石抗压强度测定“f”的方法以外,其他方法都不适用了。在有关文献和参考书中仅见
