对已有的直线超声波电动机进行改进,研究了一种新的微型直线超声波电动机,采用了压电叠堆,具有低驱动电压、结构简单、装配方便的特点。压电叠堆通过自主设计完成。电机定子使用对称和反对称模态作为工作模态,在ANSYS软件中使用有限元方法分析了电机定子的对称和反对称2种模态频率对其结构参数的灵敏度,并对其进行调整,以使得定子的对称和反对称模态频率保持一致。对电机定子进行了模态测试,实验结果与理论分析基本一致。对样机进行了性能实验,当实验条件为激励电压15 V、频率38 k Hz时,样机的无负载最大速度为30 mm/s,最大推力为2.2 N。通过微型化改进,电机定子最大推重比从97 N/kg增加到157 N/kg。
