应用Langmuir等温吸附方程和二次曲线模拟等温解吸方程 ,对连续 2 7年施用不同量牛粪以及施用无机肥的草原土壤磷等温吸附、解吸动力学进行研究。结果表明长期施用 1 0 0m3 /hay以上牛粪 ,表层及表下层土壤磷的最大吸附缓冲容量及键合强度大大降低 ,当施用量达到 2 0 0m3 /hay时 ,零吸附平衡浓度 (EPC)显著增加 ,进入土壤的磷较难以充分固定 ;对表层土壤的吸附参数及相关因素分析显示 ,牛粪的施用量与土壤易溶性磷的含量 ,零吸附平稳浓度呈显著正相关 ,而与最大吸附缓冲容量、吸附亲合力强度以及活性铝的含量呈显著负相关。活性铝的含量与最大吸附量呈显著正相关。施用牛粪对 30cm以下土层的吸附作用无明显影响
Langmuir isotherm equation and quadratic curve isotherm desorption equation were used to study the isothermal adsorption and desorption kinetics of phosphorus in prairie soil with different amounts of cow dung and inorganic fertilizers for 27 consecutive years.
