北京型机车液力传动箱换向机构曾多次发生内、外齿型离合器打齿,连接两个外齿离合器的换向拨叉顶弯的事故,严重地影响了机车的安全运行。经分析,造成这种事故的根源有下述三点: 1.齿型离合器齿端倒角不符合设计要求,齿部硬度偏低对内、外齿型离合器齿端部的倒角应有如图1所示那样R8和R6的圆角,在齿端圆角与齿工作面间应有R0.5修缘的圆滑过渡。这样,就可以保证在换向的过程中内、外齿能按图1中箭头所指方向顺利地滑入啮合。
