以生物质热解油、R(间苯二酚)和F(甲醛)等为原料制备热解油-RF(间苯二酚甲醛树脂)胶粘剂,采用响应曲面试验法优选出合成该胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:合成该胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件是热解油替代率20%、n(F)∶n(R)=0.76∶1和升温后反应时间13 min,此时胶粘剂的剪切强度、木破率和剥离率等均满足GB/T 26899—2011标准中对集成材用结构胶的使用要求;热解油-RF胶粘剂的粘接性能与纯RF胶粘剂接近,但其成本因引入了廉价的生物质热解油而明显降低。
