以平菇品种“816”为试材,采用平板培养法,研究了18种氮源对高温胁迫后菌丝体恢复生长过程中对氮源选择性利用的特征,为优良菌株保护和提纯复壮提供重要的指导。结果表明:PDA加富培养基以及天然氮源中的豌豆、有机氮源中的牛肉膏、酵母膏和蛋白胨配方对菌丝均有不同程度的促进恢复生长的作用。氮源物质对高温胁迫后的菌丝体恢复生长作用存在极显著差异,一定的氮源对提高平菇耐热能力和高温胁迫后菌丝体恢复生长具有促进作用。
Using the flat mushroom cultivar “816” as test material, the characteristics of selective utilization of nitrogen sources during the recovery and growth of mycelium of 18 kinds of nitrogen sources under high temperature stress were studied by using plate culture method, which was used to protect and purify the excellent strains Rejuvenation provides important guidance.
