目的:探讨强肌健力方对肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠TNF-α、IL-10的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、强高组、强低组,每组各10只,采用“烟熏加气管内滴入脂多糖联合番泻叶灌胃泻下法”复制“肺脾两虚型”COPD动物模型,其中药物组在造模的同时给予强肌健力方高、低剂量治疗,造模60天。实验结束时,比较各组大鼠肺组织病理改变及血清TNF-α、IL-10含量。结果:模型组大鼠TNF-α含量明显升高、IL-10含量明显下降,与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01);强高组与强低组TNF-α含量均较模型组均有明显下降(P<0.05或0.01);强高组IL-10含量与模型组比较有显著升高(P<0.05),强低组IL-10含量无明显变化。结论:高剂量的强肌健力方可以显著降低TNF-α、升高IL-10含量,提示强肌健力方可纠正TH1/TH2细胞失衡,减轻COPD气道炎症,从而延缓或打断COPD的发展。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiangji Jianli Recipe on TNF-α and IL-10 in rats with deficiency of lung and spleen. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, strong high group, and strong low group, with 10 rats in each group. Cigarette smoking and intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide combined with sennae were performed. The model group had a significant decrease (P<0.05 or 0.01); the IL-10 content in the strong high group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.05), while the IL-10 content in the strong low group had no significant changes. Conclusion: High-dose Qiangji Jianglifang can significantly reduce TNF-α and increase IL-10 content, suggesting that Qiangji Jianli can correct TH1/TH2 cell imbalance, reduce COPD airway inflammation, and delay or interrupt COPD. development of.
