基桩内力测试试验是获取基桩设计参数,了解基桩力学行为最直观、最可靠的方法,其结果在工程中具有举足轻重的作用。但在静压管桩的内力测试试验中,由于静压管桩的特殊制作工艺,在桩身设置应变计一直是个难题。笔者所在课题组结合静压管桩在东北地区推广应用的多项科研实践,提出了一种桩身应变计设置方法。试验与应用结果表明,该方法在以端承为主的东北地区可靠性较高、效果良好。本文详细介绍了该方法,期与同仁交流探索,以进一步推动静压管桩的应用。
Pile foundation internal force test is to obtain the design parameters of pile foundation to understand the mechanical behavior of pile foundation the most intuitive and reliable method, the result of which plays a decisive role in the project. However, in the static pressure pipe pile internal force test, due to the special production process of static pressure pipe pile, setting strain gauge in the pile body has been a problem. The author’s subject group combined with a number of scientific research practices in the application of static pressure pipe pile in the northeast region, put forward a method of setting the strain gauge. The test and application results show that the method has high reliability and good effect in the northeast region mainly with end bearing. This article describes the method in detail, with colleagues to explore and exchange, to further promote the application of hydrostatic pipe pile.
