施工活荷载包括了施工堆载、施工人员及小型工具重量等,也是施工阶段模板支撑体系所需承受的主要荷载因素。近年来,随着我国高层建筑工程项目的日益增多,以及新型施工工艺、施工设备的应用,都容易导致高层建筑混凝土结构在施工过程中,其模板支撑面的活荷载值有所加大。为此,在当前相关技术规范仍不完善的条件下,有必要进行更加系统、全面的活荷载的调查与统计,以制定出更科学合理的施工活荷载的标准限制。本文通过现场实测,主要就高层建筑混凝土结构的施工活荷载进行了系统的调查与统计,并在此基础上建议了高层建筑混凝土结构各施工阶段的活荷载标准值限制。
The live load of construction includes the construction load, the weight of the construction workers and small tools, and is also the main load factor that the template support system needs to bear during construction. In recent years, with the increasing number of high-rise building projects in our country, as well as the application of new construction technology and construction equipment, the live load values of the template supporting surface in the construction process of high-rise building concrete tend to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out more systematic and comprehensive live load investigation and statistics under the current situation that the relevant technical specifications are still not perfect, so as to formulate a more scientific and reasonable standard limit for construction live load. In this paper, through on-the-spot measurement, mainly on the construction of high-rise building concrete structure of the live load of a systematic survey and statistics, and on this basis proposed the construction of high-rise concrete structures in the construction of live load standard value limits.
