随着国内电力市场萎缩,我国大量电力工程公司开始转战国际电力市场,转型发展,建立科学的投标决策机制,改善投标管理结构,提升项目投标管理水平,提高国际电力工程项目中标率。分析了电力工程公司在国际电力工程项目投标管理中普遍出现的问题,结合投标管理经验有针对性地从投标立项决策机制、项目投标管理结构、投标文件编制质量、报价能力等方面提出了优化建议,对提高我国电力工程项目招投标管理水平有一定参考价值。
