目的了解电力职工人群中体重指数(BMI)与代谢综合征(MS)患者及相关异常之间的关系。方法6830例20岁以上的电力职工,以中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)制定的MS工作定义的标准,按照BMI进行分级,分析不同BMI人群MS的患病率及各项代谢指标的异常情况。结果1当BMI≥23kg/m2时,MS的患病率随BMI的增加显著上升,BMI和代谢异常项只数量之间呈现正相关联趋势(r=0.557);2BMI增加与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血甘油三酯(TG)之间也呈现正相关联趋势(r值分别是0.189、0.198、0.201),与血高密度脂蛋白胆固醇之间呈现负相关联性(r=0.157);3在血压正常人群和非糖尿病人群,BMI与SBP、DBP、空腹血糖(FBG)之间呈现显著正相关联性。结论随着BMI的增加,代谢指标异常项只数量逐渐增加,MS的患病率也逐渐增高。
Objective To understand the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and metabolic syndrome (MS) and related abnormalities among power workers. Methods 6830 power workers over the age of 20 years were enrolled in the MS working definition standard set by Chinese Medical Association Diabetes Branch (CDS) and were graded according to BMI to analyze the prevalence of MS and the abnormalities of various metabolic indexes in different BMI population . Results 1 When the BMI≥23kg / m2, the prevalence of MS increased significantly with the increase of BMI, while there was a positive correlation between the number of BMI and the number of metabolic abnormalities (r = 0.557); the increase of 2BMI and systolic blood pressure (SBP) , DBP and triglyceride (TG) also showed a positive correlation trend (r values were 0.189, 0.198, 0.201, respectively), and showed a negative correlation with serum HDL cholesterol = 0.157) .3 There was a significant positive correlation between BMI and SBP, DBP and fasting blood glucose (FBG) in normotensives and non-normotensive subjects. Conclusions With the increase of BMI, only the number of abnormalities of metabolic indices gradually increases, and the prevalence of MS also gradually increases.
