居民生活用电的营销与服务问题研究

伴随着我国人们生活水平的迅速提升,电力用户对电力能源的要求也逐渐呈现多元化趋势,现今形势下供电企业不仅满足电力用户对电能的要求,更要为电力用户提供优质的服务,这一需求使供电营销工作有了更深层次的探索,就目前我国供电企业的供电营销工作还存在一定弊端,影响了整体供电质量及服务质量,制约了供电企业的发展。为了改善这一现状,本文对居民生活用电营销与服务问题进行了研究,并提出了合理化解决措施。 With the rapid improvement of people’s living standards in our country, the power users’ demands for electric energy are gradually diversified. In the current situation, the power supply enterprises not only meet the requirements of electric users for electric energy, but also provide the electric power users with high-quality services. Demand for power marketing has been a deeper exploration, at present, China’s power supply business marketing work there are still some drawbacks, affecting the overall power quality and service quality, restricting the development of power supply enterprises. In order to improve the status quo, this paper studies the residential electricity marketing and service issues, and puts forward reasonable measures to solve them.
